John is a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive training in Family Systems and Brief Therapy approaches. While holding a variety of program and agency leadership roles, John continued to provide clinical services to people and families in need. John’s background includes providing extensive training’s and consultations to clinicians and behavioral health agencies. While in state leadership, John was part of the push to bolster the use of evidenced based as well as research-based evidence programming throughout the commonwealth.

As the Director of QI and Compliance, John’s role tracks program compliance, effectiveness and continual improvement; and to provide an environment that allows individual staff members to grow and continue to develop as caring professionals.
