During this time of school closures, business closures and massive disruptions to our daily lives due to Covid-19, TEAMCare Behavioral Health is committed to continuing our mission to grow healthy lives by providing quality services through a safe and supportive environment for our patients and staff.

To meet our mission, TEAMCare clinicians are able to conduct therapy sessions using Telehealth, depending on your individual group plan benefits and our availability. Our clinicians are using Doxy and Microsoft TEAMS for services. These platforms enable our clinicians to provide services while assuring patients and staff are at a safe social distance.

Covid-19 Screening Questions & Self Evaluation

Required Before Entry to any TEAMCare Facility and Before entering any Community Environment

• Have you returned from any of the countries listed on www.cdc.gov within the last 14 days?
• Have you been in close contact with anyone who has traveled within the last 14 days to one of the countries listed on www.cdc.gov
• Have you had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days
• Have you experienced any COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days (to include fever, cough, difficulty breathing)
