Tara Mundorf is a Licensed Social Worker who studies and specializes in Eco-systemic Structural Family Therapy, Person Centered and Mindfulness approaches. Tara has worked in the mental health field for 20 years and has a strong commitment to ensuring and understanding the mental health needs of children and their families. Tara earned her undergraduate degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences from Penn State University, and a Master of Social Work Degree from Temple University. Tara is married and has a step-son and daughter.

As the Family Based Clinical Director, Tara provides leadership and clinical supervision to the Family Based team of therapists serving children across Lancaster County and is committed to their growth and development. Tara is committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment for children and their families that cultivates attachment, self-regulation and strengthens the family system.
