During this time of school closures, business closures and massive disruptions to our daily lives due to Covid-19, TEAMCare Behavioral Health is committed to continuing our mission to grow healthy lives by providing quality services through a safe and supportive environment for our patients and staff.
To meet our mission, TEAMCare clinicians are now able to conduct therapy sessions using Telehealth. Our clinicians are using many easy to use platforms such as Facetime, Google Duo, Skype and Zoom. These platforms will enable our clinicians to provide services while assuring patients and staff are at a safe social distance. While the use of Telehealth may take some getting used to by both clinicians and patients, we strongly encourage you take advantage of this opportunity.
If there is a “clinically necessary” reason for a patient to be seen in person, the following Covid-19 Screen will be administered. The Screen will be completed prior any face to face appointments.

- Have you returned from any of the countries listed on www.cdc.gov within the last 14 days?
- Have you been in close contact with anyone who has traveled within the last 14 days to one of the countries listed on www.cdc.gov
- Have you had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days
- Have you experienced any COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days (to include fever, cough, difficulty breathing)
