If you have not received access to your client portal, please call our office to gain access. In the portal, you will be able to:
- Request appointments (when you request an appointment, our office will call you to schedule an appointment. Please note that requesting an appointment online does NOT mean that you have a confirmed appointment.)
- See upcoming appointments
- Complete any forms that you have been asked to complete

Daytime and evening appointments are available Monday through Friday, and are often available within 48 hours.
