If you have not received access to your client portal, please call our office to gain access. In the portal, you will be able to:

  • Request appointments (when you request an appointment, our office will call you to schedule an appointment. Please note that requesting an appointment online does NOT mean that you have a confirmed appointment.)
  • See upcoming appointments
  • Complete any forms that you have been asked to complete
